Pink Punch Bubbly Mocktail

Description

Made with a few easy-to-find juices, lemon-lime soda for bubbles, and an apple cider vinegar kick for a mocktail effect. Whip up one serving or a whole punch bowl! This is a quick pour-and-stir recipe. It has such great flavor. It's the kind of party drink the whole family will love.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 24 ounces (3 cups) cranberry juice
  • 18 ounces (2 1/4 cups) Sprite or lemon-lime soda
  • 12 ounces (1 1/2 cups) simple syrup (see recipe below)
  • 6 ounces (3/4 cup) orange juice
  • 6 ounces (3/4 cup) pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces (1/4 cup) apple cider vinegar

Simple syrup

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup filtered water

Single serving

  • 4 ounces cranberry juice
  • 3 ounces Sprite or lemon-lime soda
  • 2 ounces simple syrup
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar


Instructions

For simple syrup

  1. Add 1 cup of filtered water and 1 cup of white sugar to a small saucepan. Heat on medium-high, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Remove from the heat and store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.

For the pink punch bubbly mocktail

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large pitcher and stir to combine. Fill the remaining space with ice and fruit garnish.

Make ahead

  1. Add all of the juices, simple syrup, and apple cider vinegar to a large pitcher and stir to combine. Store in the refrigerator until the time of service.
  2. Right before serving, add the Sprite and stir to combine.
